Ramadan Kareem - No translation!

Kolo sana wa intu tayebeen wa Ramadan Kareem, wa Akram wa Akram...
For sure there is no translation for such expressions...at least not to my knowledge.
But at least let's get some basic things right!
Kilmit breakfast uslan ya3nee eh?...Look at it and you will know! BREAK FAST! (takseer el seyam)
Fast = seyam
I am fasting = ana sayma (or ana sayem)
Do you fast? (Inta bitsoum?) or (intee bitsoumee?) aiwa, aiwa,, 3arfeen..wala zay kol sana! adeema!
Are you fasting? (lou ana bas'al 3ala yom mo3yan) Are you fasting tomorrow? InshaAllah. (In God's Will).
ma tinsoush.. 'do' for general, inspecific time. ' are' or 'is' for present continuous...specific time.
Prayers = salawat or sala
Ablution = el wedow
Of course in Ramadan, you should keep away from any sinful acts (things that are haram) and spend as much time as you can in worship (3abada).
Then maybe you can go smoke your hookah or hubbly bubbly or water pipe (shisha). And maybe watch a few TV serials (mosalsilat).
Howa lesa fee Ramadan tents? (kheyam). Mish 3arfa, uslee ba'lee million sana ma kharagtish fee Ramadan! Moda adeema ba'a! (old-fashioned).
Wa taba3an don't forget to eat your oriental sweets (halaweyat sharkeya).
And if you have a few lanterns (fawanees) you can sing wahawee, ya wahawee (no translation!)
