We use it especially when we are late...(lou inta mit'akhar 3ala ma3ad el tayara, you can say I have a flight to catch or I have to catch a flight.) Mafeesh wala I have to go on the plane, wala sit in the plane, wala get in the plane, wa kol el kalam el haqs beta3na da.
